Our Story

Two friends, one conviction: talent without a voice goes unheard.

The idea for VOI-Institute began in 2025, as a conversation between two young Namibians, Phillip Michael Kadira and Frans Angelius Shiyere. They kept seeing people with real ideas and potential held back—not by ability, but by fear of the microphone, the boardroom and the interview panel. By 2026, that conversation had become a registered institution.

VOI-Institute was created to address a practical need: many capable people have ideas and potential but need structured opportunities to strengthen their speaking, communication and leadership skills. The company provides training spaces where participants can practise, receive guidance and build confidence.

Voice of Impact Institution is building that confidence one speaker, one leader and one workshop at a time.
